REVIEW
FLIPPED
Martha Cecilia Garza Treviño
Flipped is an adorable movie that talks about a boy and a girl in the 60s that fall in deep love, this film was made in 2010. Still, the book was published in 2001, and it stars Callan McAuliffe (Bryce Loski) as the male protagonist and Madeline Carroll (July Baker) as the female protagonist.
The plot of this movie involves Bryce Loski and July Baker getting older and finding feelings for each other, at first when July and Bryce were kids July had a big crush on Bryce but Bryce didn't feel the same until they got older.
Something very impressive about this movie is the visuals and the materials that they use in it
In the movie, we see a lot of locations like the school of Bryce Loski and July Baker, also their houses, libraries, bus places, and even more. This movie shows the casual live style that the kids had and how everyone in the audience can relate to them. The atmosphere of the movie is very canonical to the book. Something very impressive about this movie is the visuals and the materials that they use in it, they got original cars of the decade, clothes, and electronic materials.
I would highly recommend this movie to people who like romantic and realistic movies that talk about feelings and happy endings. Flipped is an amazing movie that will let you be on the edge of your seat and will show you the love that two young people had. I would give this movie ☆☆☆☆☆, go on and watch this movie!!!
